Returns Policy

We are happy to refund or exchange any product purchased via the website returned within 28 days of purchase* (excluding delivery charges). Sales items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase (excluding delivery charges).

Please fill in the below form to begin your return, exchange or spare parts claim with us. If your item is faulty or damaged, you must attach images of the product in order for us to issue a return/exchange.

*This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed.

All items are returned at your own cost and must be returned with all parts and packaging.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • You must provide proof of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase we cannot issue any refunds or exchanges.
  • Visible surface damage (such as scratches, tears and nicks on furniture or stains, marks or rips on textile products) are not covered under our manufactures warranty unless reported within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure you check your product on receipt.
  • All items are returned at your own cost and must be returned with all parts and packaging.
  • The warranty is void if Kinder Valley determines the product damage was caused by abuse, negligence, accident or if used for purposes other than those intended, such as commercial use. 
  • Any item being replaced as a result of a warranty claim is subject to inspection and may not be eligible for exchange if the item shows signs of but not limited to pet damage, excessive wear and tear or excessive stains.
  • Should your product become defective during the warranty period please email our customer service team. You should provide us with the item SKU (which can be found on your proof of purchase or the item page on this website) images of the damage to your product, description what you deem to be the fault and proof of purchase.
